I can do 2 maybe 3 but when I get to 4 it gets a little sketchy for me. I start to miss click and time out while I am in hands. Is there any exercises or drills I can do where I can play more tables? When I can't get a heads up game in cash games I don't like sitting around so I play heads up sngs on the side and I been crushing but would be more profitable if I can play more tables. Is there any heads up sng software? Would any kind of stacker software work for this? I know they got table ninja and stack and tile but it seems like its more for 6 max and ring games. I wish they had something for heads up. If anyone knows anything or any exercises I would appreciate any help on that.
Can you guys take detailed notes on villains playing 3, 4+ tables? I can barely keep it up with 3 but with 4 tables, the villains just start merging in my head and I'll start auto clicking, lol.
You should play the amount of tables you feel comfortable with, and if you aim to increase it, do it gradually, one by one until you reach what you think is enough.
But keep in mind that everyone drops their win-rate once the volume increases. although you feel less variance if you can get more volume, so keep putting more volume and that will occur naturally! (like any exercise, practice)
Should come naturally as your skills go from conscious competence to unconscious competence. Also genes is half the formula, if you are naturally a slower thinker then you might be better off keeping your multitabling low and focus on quality instead of quantity
I actually disagree with the "play starcraft" crowd. APM in starcraft is really about following a set procedure as quickly as is humanly possible. There isn't really any equivalent to quick hand/board/pot/position/bet sizing recognition in starcraft from what I've played.
It will only come from experience in poker imo. Experience at all the above mentioned areas until it becomes automatic. MY only advice really would be to play more poker.
