the villain beat the s out of me on like 10 games , he is tag (very agressive when he hits) , I have the image of a lag player.

In this hand I cannot understand how he could call with air and beat me (I also had air).

How did he think this hand ? (he is a thinking player)

well most people on the $2s slowplay their Kx so he's putting you on either A2 (?), fd and air. If he had you beat on the flop he has you beat on the turn, pbb same story for river, you got pwned.

Dont bluff at $2.20's.

edit: oh ya, you're not 3barreling A2 here for value so pretty easy call imo.

Pretty much this. If I were him, I woulda put you mostly on a flush draw, which didn't hit on the turn and river.

fold 78o preflop vs a 3x raise. stick to stronger hands there. when you check raise this flop think of what your representing. Would you checkraise a king here or is it your standard to just call? if you normally call with a king, and hes seen you do this (slowplay in similar spots) then dont check raise here as a bluff. Once you do check raise you will mostly have Kx or a club draw. When the club draw misses he decides to call down. Make sure that when you do check raise a flop as a bluff, you have some kind of outs (like at least a gutshot straightdraw). And at the 1-2$ games you can keep that to a minimum and just keep playing solid poker and win. gl.

$1 players can't even spell perceived range and polorized , let alone that they know what it means.

No harm in folding preflop, folding flop, check-folding turn and check-folding river IMO.

The C/R on the flop is odd. I can't make much sense out of it unless you're trying to represent a pocket pair. I've tanked in similar situations with ace high when the villain's actions didn't make much sense with any of the likely hands in the villain's range that beat me.

I might just be a calling station but I tend to tank with marginal hands like bottom pair or king high when the villain's actions don't make much sense to me, and rarely find that I'm wrong in such circumstances.
