if he min 3bets every hand, maybe you could exploit that by, like, changing your open size and then shove?

Yeah, definitely ship it preflop given opponent and stacks.

Meh, I probably ship preflop. But I think I might also just call, see a flop and ship it a ton on the flop since you say he bets big OOP.

I don't think that flop is terrible, but I wouldn't call probably just shove.

I would also shove against this guy pre, and would feel pretty good shoving over that flop as well. As played, I fold turn, Qh is a pretty nasty card and you're basically beating nothing but a bluff.

vs this guy I felt he would call my shove 99% of the time and pocket 7s is not the best hand to get all in that deep.

U right the flop ain't so bad (while the turn and the river are)

if he wouldn't connect on the flop he would probably fold to shove over his donk lead ...

If just calling he would barrel oop every streets, so the results is almost the same as a shove preflop ...

so maybe so best approach would be to call 2 streets and shove over his donk lead on the turn to leave him less chance to hit ...

    not sure about this...

I would have re raise pre for almost all the stack or just shove (which is pretty much the same thing). Against this type of villains this is standard. you cant wait the whole sng for AA KK QQ. Still if you get it in with AK AQ you have worse odds than here most of the time (assuming he has 2 overcards on this hand).
Just get it in with any decent hand (nothing crazy, 77+ A10+ depends on how aggro the villain is) and hope that your hand holds, since most of the time you will have him; and the times that you dont, just move on with the next game.

vs this type of villains betsizing notes can help you. If he bets one time a lot, one time a few, you need information about they bet strategy. Many of them choose the size of bets depending on hand force.

Ship preflop, ship postflop, fold turn.
These are the only acceptable options for me against a spewtard.

Imagine an aggressive big man that wants to kick your ass in real life while u are as big as Frodo Baggins. How to exploit him ? Grab him by the nuts! U have to do the same thing in poker imo.
