Adjusting Opening Raise Size

Are people adjusting to villains tendencies by varying their opening raise size >25BB or just minraising regardless?

Once I realize I'm up against a fish with huge flat % from BB and plays passive post I will 3x my strong hands for extra value.
Mr or limp everything else, depending on other tendencies, but basically never folding against this player type until given a reason to.

Yeah, vs fish raise more pre. They don't just have to be passive though.
They don't even need to be fish. If they play FoF on the flop we lose value by just minraising. And we can raise big with a wide range, not just the strong range against fish.

Yep, definately bet bigger vs. some opponents. And actually at mid stakes hypers even kind of regular opponents don't really care if you bet 45 pre at 10/20 level, and they adjunst to this as a steal more, so it's something to be thought too.
