turned Kx wants to get value from flopped 3x. notice that oop flop call range going to have tons of k high in it. i guess by oop leading kx it also means ip now has incentive to barrel (otherwise not enough folds because so much of flop call range improved) so now oop 3x and slowplays can get value from sb bluffs. I mean at some point ascribing a thought process/why to GTO is going to end up either invented or "because it's max EV decision vs GTO opponent" so take it for what it's worth
