Turn : You can fold right there. Vilain dependant. But sometimes you can call like you did. Really depends of Vilain Range.
River : River range : 4X, flush, bluffs. The guy needs to be bluffing 24% of the time for you to call profitably.
So is he bluffing at least 24% of the time? That's what you should ask yourself backdoor trips.
