This is a call in theory but in practice you are often flipping or slightly behind, so it all depends on if you wanna make a high variance call or if you want to fold to try to find a bigger edge later.

I am shocked by the answers above..
This is just a snap, regardless of buyin, multipliers, fish at the table etc.
Also, if one considers about multipliers or variance in such a spot to make a decision, it is better to not play at all.
