Opponent is a solid player. (52 hands) PFR IP 77, FlopCB 89, Turn CB 50. His standard CB on Flop is 3/4 pot. His Flop CB is bigger that usual so my thinking is that maybe he CBets some of Ax hands, 2nd pairs and airs (maybe this isnt good conclusion because semple is to small?).

I'm not sure Is it better:
1) to flat on the Flop and revaluate the Turn (he will probably bet all good barrelling card on the Turn, and put me in dificult situation)?
2) to Check Raise and get it in?
or other lines to play this hand?

What are you trying to achieve with the check-raise?

If you were going to check-raise, make it look like villain has fold equity if he shoves. You look strong.

I'd check-call and expect him to barrel a lot.

very easy flat on the flop, you can call ton of turns, especially since as said above he will barrel bluff a lot on overs.

I wouldnt say it is bad to show strenghth and take down 200 chips immediately with such an extremely vulnerable hand. Pretty much everything except 7 and 6 is bad card for you and 6 is pretty much action killer.

If you check raise this hand, think about what your calling range looks like on this board.
