is this better to 4bet jam pre? on flop it's easy jam, right?

What's your reason for the flop crai? You get called by a fd you flip with, and maybe 6x/55/44, but what else that you beat?

Could make an argument for both flat and c/r small here imo.

if i flat i give fd, overcards cheap chance too hit + i don't know what to do on any 6+ turn? he was kind of aggro and unpredictable (weekend player with some pretty strange moves), so i guessed i might gain max fold equity and push him off his draw or overcards.
Otherwise his 3bet % is kind of wide so i don't expect him to have goods all the time here? also donking here seems strange?
    i don't know?

You seen any showdowns from 3bet pots? They always make it this size?

If this is standard size then jam. If its smaller than normal I probs fold as generally that's premiums.

Post flop is fine imo. We don't want to induce with such a vulnerable hand on this board and most turns suck if we just call or raise small and get called. Also we get called by worse often and prevent them from realising their equity.

He's not donking, he's c-betting. And you really shouldn't be jamming just to protect your hand, especially against an aggressive villain. Give him a chance to make a mistake either by inducing with a smaller raise, when we're not folding any non-spade turn or just call down a lot of boards.

Fold or shove pre, don't flat. He has a high 3b% so I figure shoving is certainly more profitable in this spot rather than jut flatting he folds a ton to.

Villain played JJ perfect here; he bet small to induce you to spazz with some weak random pair/draw.

I wouldn't say it's "standard" to shove the flop btw..

If villain is 3betting aggro we definitely want to be flatting more. But I think that this is a terrible hand to flat with. It just plays so bad.

I mean, I guess I should ICMizer this, but my gut tells me we're gonna profit more from a jam than a flat here, given 41% 3betting.

If he's really 3 betting that much then 4bs is fine.

On flop I like raising on the small side for value here and calling jam. If we were a little bit more shallow shoving is def better (+EV in your case too but not best expectation I think).
