villain seemed fishy, limped most of the time, 4x couple of times...

Fold. If he limps and 4x's then one can only assume that big sizing = strong hand. Also you aren't really readless :P

thanks, i meant if we also fold if we are readless?
what range do you call this deep, that size probablly is basically same as shove or even stronger?

is A2-A8 here good to 4bet?

I would shove A8 here but that's the bottom.
I've seen people at the $7s which would do this and then fold to an all-in 3bet ... although not a lot of those.
This raise is as good as a stack-off since we def will be stacking off on the flop.
Villain has 260 chips left in a 360 chips pot ... so what they are doing is a go-and-go pretty much.

    Would flat only with premiums.

^ i think the same way, but stil why make it such a strange size other than to induce? or not knowing what you are doing? but yea it's 7$...

Depends on how many other times villain had 3bet and to what sizes.
I think I can call a shove with both hands at this stack depth so would probably 4b shove.
I don't see much merit in flatting as villain can donk and put you in a bad spot with a ****ty SPR.

    SPR?

Other than that - I am jamming KJ and KQ here when shallow and can sometimes find a fold button if we are at the start of the match (20-25bb deep).

Again, KK and AA, I am just calling and then calling or jamming flop depending on villain's play.
That is just because I have seen people fold to a 4bet when 3betting to such sizes and I want their money as well.
