Turbo weird river spot? Turbo weird river spot?

Villain was incredibly passive, limping 8/10 buttons and folding the other 2.

Looking back on it now the fold does look like a fold to the c/r, but what does his river bet mean? does he value bet 9x that often given his passiveness? the only hand that makes sense to me is T8 but even then i dont see him raising the flop to much. His line looks very weird to me and i would like to know if there is value in calling this river bet or if im just overthinking things and it is a clear fold.

It seems like missed flush draw, just like a board betting. But when you see villan tendencies this is fold most of the time.

I think I just fold flop, his range is probably strong overall and yes probably a bit polarized, but we are OOP calling a 4x raise with a non spade draw.

as played
on the river I think your still way behind his range, the check-back on the turn could mean a fear of over-card to his pair TT-JJ, 9x that he now value bets small on the river with, and sometimes u will see slow-played better hands here and yes T8.
Basically you know nothing about his range here and you have to c/f the river.

IMO
