I doubt he's folding Qx and calling with worse, so it's probably best to x/f.

There's a good chance he will check back with Qx too, fearing you might have got there on the river or w/e reason. I also don't think average villain will bluff here very often, so yeah I'd mostly x/f. On this flop the only draws he can have are gutters (JT, J9, T9) and you block a good number of them too, if he called again on the turn that is.
