I think we need to know population tendencies. In some games calling the turn and river is pretty good. If in your game people only raise the turn with the nuts the you have to fold. You have to understand that both the turn and river are blanks. There arn't a whole lot of hands that the Q improved that would raise the turn that weren't beating you before. I don't think people raise Qd7d but even if they did, that's one combo. J9 still beats you. The 4 improves no holdings the villian could conceivably have (unless he is too loose oop).

If you were ahead on the flop in almost all cases you're going to be ahead on the turn or river. I am not sure if people at this stake are good enough to call you with a hand like AdJd on the flop, raise the turn, then bet the river on the Q as a bluff. I would think they either fold or try to get their A high to showdown.

It honestly all depends on the way people play in your game. Calling the turn is highly likely to be GTO. Intuitively, I think perhaps calling the river is also GTO but not 100% sure and I obviously can't know since I don't know your range. GTO doesn't really matter though if no one at the 7.50 level does this without a strong hand. You exploit them by folding if that's the case.

from my experience, turn raising ranges are stronger then flop raising ranges, TPGK is not gonna cut it anymore, further more 1 draw came in, and a slow-played flopped straight always exists.

Honestly dude, I have no clue. Like Ravzar said, you need to know population tendencies here. Without history Villain is basically polarized to better hands and FD, and I dunno how many people raise turn with a draw at $7 regs. I think I'd sigh-fold turn and consider myself a nit for doing it.

Fold turn vs unknown, x/r on turn is usually massive strength. Adjust accordingly if he's doing it a lot but to begin with we'll have to give him credit in a spot like this.
    I expect he flopped/turned a straight

Because it's a regspeed and you have time to wait for better spots, I probably fold turn here to his raise. Opponents on this lvl normally do that type of play more often with strong hands so I don't think it's +ev to call turn and river.
