villain was pretty loose and agro.
BB flat 40% 3bet 3/7 43% after 20 hands, first donkbet

after the session I´m not sure if my passive check on the flop is best here to get it in.
I give him the opportunity to continue with his bluffs but maybe overcards can scare him to continue?
What size should I choose if I raise on the flop 150 good?

I think you played it great if you think villain will double barrel. There are scare cards for him but an aggro villain will see them as opportunities to bluff.

If you decide to raise flop it's because you think villain is on a draw or will stack off light. In which case jamming would be best imo.
