at this point he c/r me third time on the flop. If I shove here it looks like a flushdraw, so I decided to make a small raise.
If he pushs its still a snap call.
After the hand I think it looks maybe stronger to just call, but I havent much FE on the turn even because of the stacksizes.

    You're so shallow villain shouldn't have (any) Ax in his range and he would probably c/c 8x & 3x here. His most likely holdings when he c/r are FD which you have dominated. He should be perceived to be priced in to call so I would just ship it in. Don't see any point in making a smaller NAI raise.
