Should I reraise flop bigger, or just call? Or the sizing is OK?

I think he is a rec player, not a similar spot in the game so I can have reads, so what about is turn jam? Do you call?

I raise 3x on the flop.

Tough spot on the turn, but I would fold.
Most 2pairs and stronger Jx would jam over your raise on the flop. Jx that didn't feel like shoving on the flop certainly won't feel like shoving the turn, except for some Jx with a club or maybe J7. So there are relatively many flushes and straights in his turn shoving range, while the large majority of hands in his shoving range that you are ahead of will still have good equity vs you.
