I think both raise and flat are a good option.
flat cant be bad we have a lot of bd's that we can continue with on turn.
raise can be easier option,but he can stab a lot of draws on this flop and its sucks if he jam over with out equity,so not sure what best here,but i prefer flat.
turn obv fine.
river i will give up i dont think villian will fold 9-7 after calling the turn and the K hit again.
also he dont have ax often,4x will fold often the turn and we win against his miss draws.
That's right!and his calling range doesn't change with your raise.he can call u with any draw,9x,some 7x.ok maybe he is folding some bluffing hands but I don't think he bet the bluffing range in this spot!

I am not sure you know what polarized range means. In that spot you face things like draws, any pair on the board, any type of air, top pair+. And polarized means only the any type of air and top pair+.
