Looks like J9, maybe KJ, or some random two pair combo that just got there + other slowplayed 2p. No one is gonna raise you with worse here, except maybe some missed heart draw but you should not assume that without a strong read. Pot odds are very tempting but I'd just fold.

Yes it really seems like he has hit second pair

with Q9 you should raise his limp 3x. You should be aggressive and punish him for l;imping with your very good holdings. This would be maybe any two cards from {A,K,Q,J,T,9}

I'd raise the limp readless. Bet way bigger on the river, I'd probably go for ~80-90. There are a lot of worse Qx, Tx and 8x combos in his range. You also don't represent much because there aren't that many Ax in your check back limp range, so you'll get called lighter.

Bet river about 1/2 pot to get value from qx/tx/random hands, and not to induce bluffs because we want to b/f here.
