    You're most likely up against 4x, Ax, or another FD, and can safely discount Qx. You are slightly ahead of Ax no club (51%), and 4x (you still have 47% vs K4), far ahead of any other FD. The only part of villain's range that has you crushed are AcXc (19% vs that), and Qx (~25%, if we assume there are any of these).

    You need 40.7% equity to call that (368 to win 536). It's hard to tell how many of each of these combos are in his range readless (would he do that with Ax no clubs for example ?), but I think you do have the equity required and with a safe margin, and that's not counting the random spew factor when he shows up once in a while with 87o for whatever reason. Call.
