Villain was sitting multiple lobbies so I presume he was a reg.

It was still early but he had been playing nitty, making some very weak plays (checking down 3 streets in position with 10 high on a dry board), this was his first 3 bet.
I had been playing very aggressive, although I had been getting good cards (no showdown though).

    nice check on the flop
i think he would bet this flop with an overpair so i would put him on AJ AQ AK.
not sure because u mentioned that he is a nit and did some weird play.
so you should be good on the turn unless he hit a set.

i would reraise the turn hard or even shove

4th spade cannot give us boat. This is a very drawy board. I think I agree with Zamomin, raise the turn hard.

I don't like betting flop here. Most players cbet air. It's kinda thin value and villain may slowplay a big hand (not super often, but still) or decide to c/jam QJ/spades or AK/AQ and we're in awful spot.

So.. check flop, raise turn to ~405, call shove

Yeah check back flop and raise turn, it's suspicious when villain 3bet pre and check on flop. If they c/f it's not like we folded out the better hand anyway, and KJ type hands might just decide to c/r.

Agree w/ opinions above, checkin back flop is ok, I'd raise turn to around 450 and get it in. Most probable holding seems AK/AQ with a spade...

    RAISE to ~525

Betting flop is very opponent dependent, I like betting usually.

flop is ok, turn should be a big raise 500ish, we don't want to let him in cheap w combo draws and NFDs

Yes, hero calls. Expect to see some overpair, slowplayed sets (JJ included), flush, KQ, AsJx, etc.
