I'm AJFC6819 on stars. I've been playing 15s, 30s, 60s, 100s heads ups here and there since about February. One tabling (due to learning and concentrating on this format, and often playing a multi on the side).
I've declined two tabling before (I had no idea about the cartel or rules). Can I find out if this will hurt me in the future? I'm also not clear on the sit/declining rules. I've sat in the lobby and played certain regs and declined them after, is this against the rules?

It seems like there hasn't been an updated cartel list for months? The one that's been posted in this forum hasn't changed since 15 pages ago.

Do we assume that anyone who frequently sits at the 60s & isn't being sat against is part of the division?

Lastly, is there a leader I can speak to directly about this, skype or fb?

A REC graph won't help u. You have battle your way in and If you manage to make it you get like 10/games per hour lol... so you should realy think about it

yeah u can expect about 10 games /hour... Thats why I can't understand why people still trying to get into hu hyper divisions..
