c/c flop in order to avoid getting 3bet and to avoid being in a tough spot on turns that arent a spade(like you ended up getting into)

As played, obviously call turn and definitely folding river readless

Doesn't anyone barrel turn after your x/Raise? Just curious, I'm not sure what I'd do in this spot but villain won't always have top pair/QT and might be bluffing river with worse draws, right?

I'm not sure if I call this flop or c/r, but if I decide to go for a c/r:
    * I'd make it bigger (he has to call 80 now and there's 240 in the pot)
    * I barrel the turn (and maybe the river)

C/r small and not follow-up is mostly a mistake imo. A lot of players don't fold to a c/r with any piece of the board, definitely if your sizing is this small. But if the turn doesn't help them and you keep up with your aggression, many of them will give up the hand.

^ would you donk the flop if you're not check-calling with the NFD? If so, do you then check-call the turn + river?

After he flats your check-raise and bets so small on the turn it screams like he's trying to find out how strong your hand is. By check-calling you basically tell him you're on a draw -- and if anything you've concealed the fact you hit that King, which means he can safely bluff the river as opposed to value bet weak Aces.
