Villain is weak - calling 70% of my buttons / 3beting 30% / beting 70% of rivers. How u play that hand?

With this type of villain I don't think you should open 75o. As played the river is a fold.

Yeah villains range is so wide here, and cc/cc/big bet is always super strong from him

He is not leading a J on the river,and a guy who 3bets 30% pre he will 3bet JJ,77 and some % of the time 55.He also can't have many 3x type hands in his range (i can only see some gutters like 36 or 34).
The only hand that makes sense to me is 64 which turned the str8 and a ton of missed flush draws.
Against a villain who bet river 70% i think we have to call.
