Hello ladies and gentlemen,
Another hand from my recent downswing, played not too long ago.
Villain is unknown, this is the 3rd hand.
1st hand I open ATs to 60 he calls. Flop Ac9x7c I cbet 90 he c/c. turn Tx he c/c 225. River 9c I check it back he has KTo.
2nd hand he opens to 60 I flat A7s. Checked down on KJT2 rainbow, river 2 he pots I call. He shows QQ.
The hand.
Effective stacks 1305 10/20 Blinds.
I open 99 with no diamond to 60 he calls.
flop 3d8x5d He c/c 90.
Turn offsuit 3.
He c/r my 225 bet all-in.
Do I call yes or no and why.

First hand, more value to be had on the river.. He can easily have an ace or a 7 or a T. The 9 on the river makes it more unlikely he has a 9.
Second hand, easiest fold ever without any reads. It smacks his raising range and if he didnt have a hand he prob wouldve cbet.
Third hand, easy call because if he had two pair that he slow played then you are now beating it and any other top pair type hands.

1st hand 9 also brings flush.
2nd hand not sure why he would cbet all the hands that missed the flop yet check down the rest and then pot river.

I agree with avman.
1st hand: you still can comfortably valuebet/fold if he raises
2nd hand: because most players are trying to get value or a fold with a c-bet.
They won´t get value with T8o(or stuff like that) there so they´ll check back.
After you check turn and river they know you got nothing and try to get
value from A-high or something like that.
3rd hand: Easy call. But i´m a read-hungry station.... so might be close actually.

To be honest, hand 1 I've been getting c/r all-in a LOT there lately so I've been making the mistake to not value bet in those spots. Thanks for reminding I shouldn't.
Hand 2 I probably misread badly.
Hand 3 yeah I called, probably a stupid question anyway.
