And with a 9% ROI can I say I beat this stake? The stake is 7$

Yes if ur sample is 2500 games you can very confidently say you are beating the games ;p

It's highly unlikely you're beating them by 9% but its highly likely that you're a winning player at that stake vs those opponents. There is a chance you're a losing player running hot, but it's relatively small

If you keep playing and going higher you will find out soon enough! Drop back down if things don't go your way.
