Are these hands better off to just call pre by default? In the article the value comes from villains calling 3b with lots of dominated hands. But do todays games have a lot more 4b shoving with Ax and small pairs that its better to call pre?

I feel like we get in more dominated situations postflop by flatting these hands. If we 3b we fold out a large chunk of hands we dominate, just my opinion.
