$35 Turbo Flop Decition

Villain is not bad. He was raisng prefolp 40%, and cbetting 80% during the game but im not sure if this counts once we get shortstacked at 100/200, last time he made that exact cbet size was actually a couple hands earlier also at 100/200 level and he had air, but im not sure if he has air again or just wants to make me think he has air, what do you do on flop?
