Looks like an easy flat to me. You're getting about 3.1:1, almost direct odds to draw to your flush. On top of that, your 9 and Q outs can be good sometimes, and with plenty left behind, looks like an easy flat. Basically, it's an easy call if villain can ever be bluffing, or will pay you when you hit on the river.

Edit: I would fold preflop to his first 3bet with Q9ss.

I would check the turn. But now you have to call it can be still a bluff or KKK but not AA.

yes i fold preflop and i bet he flop.

also i want to know more about th is villain. is he a fish or does he like tricky lines. does he slowplay in general?
because the turn is really strange. his line is like:

- i have QQ but there flops a K ****, check, on the turn **** that K is still there, #%)* he bets into me, that can be a lot of things, i need to find out where i stand..

if he reasons like that ----- > i would ship the turn

if he reasons more like this:

- i have AK and i flop a K briljant! the nuts, now i have to extract mass value, let's c/r, argh! he doesn't bet... ok turn another chance for a c/r for value, haha he bets! trapped! he 3bet shoves on me... LOOOOL fistpump call.

I would play the same and call the turn. If something else than a heart or 9 or Q comes i fold if he shoves.

erm im not calling the river without a 9 Q or heart

in my mind your calling the turn to improve not to bluffcatch!!
