Villain is loose passive, has min check raised two flops so far, both on dry Axx boards, i folded to both. Standard river shove here or is flatting better?

    I like this shove.

Although the min raise by a passive guy nearly always means the nuts, I think he's always calling you with an 8x there, just because your hand doesn't look strong at all, especially as not many draws hit.
But I'm not sure, I'd consider folding the flop. The only thing opose to it is the fact that you said he c/minr'ed dry flops so far, which is pretty weird by such guy.

i don't think he ck/mr 45 here, A6 and K6 aren't that likely either. all the 2 pairs and sets should barrel turn as well. with such a narrow range of hands beating you, i am always shoving this, keeping in mind that there are tons of worse 6x and 8x is calling a decent percentage, too.

please post results after discussion, i think it is very insightful in this case.

I'd shove, because i Don't think he's gonna fold 8x that fast, and you really beat a lot. If this would've been a aggro/spewy villain, i would have liked to click it back to give him a chance to spazz out.

I'm putting 8x in his range, I think a bet on turn would have given you a better idea of his hand strength. Bad luck with the 86s, but with the info you had shove was probably the correct call.
