Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #8287622

Hero (BB): 1,600 (80 bb)
SB: 1,400 (70 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8 6
SB completes, Hero checks

Flop: (40) 6 A 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets 20, Hero raises to 60, SB calls 40

Turn: (160) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets 120, SB calls 120

River: (400) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets 1,200 and is all-in, Hero calls 1,200

Its early he seems to be limping all his buttons seen him do this first hand:
Limp 45o minb 2 barrel 7A5ss 6 check Ks river @ 20
Hes a winner over a small sample.

I usually bet river like 290 and fold to a shove but GII OTF if I can. Given that this is kind of what we wanted (I would prefer he bet 3-400) but overbet shoves from these players can be value alot of the time do you call?

I'd raise bigger on the flop

and bet/fold > ch/c on the river imo

Thanks

How much you go on flop? 120 or smth? I figured his range is pretty wide given the first hand and wanted him to station it up. Kind of the same for the river, don't think he'd flat Ax 2 streets, less 8x/6x, 9x turn makes some sense so didn't really think theres tons of value OTR.
