BU: 500 (25 bb)
SB (Hero): 480 (24 bb)
BB: 520 (26 bb)

Pre-Flop: (30) Hero is SB with 6 J
BTN calls 20, Hero calls 10, BB raises to 40, BTN calls 20, Hero calls 20

Flop: (120) J 7 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, BTN checks

Turn: (120) A (3 players)
Hero bets 80, BB folds, BTN calls 80

River: (280) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets 140, SB (Hero) folds

Total pot: 280
BU wins 280

I checked flop because in 2 way pots you normally don't lead, but I am not sure how much that applies to 3 way. I guess if I lead I would do it with TPGK to sets and low flush(draws).
On the turn it should be a clear bet and I would assume a rather big sizing, although I am not sure if 4BB is big.
I check/fold the river since I don't see many calls/raises with non flush hands here.

BU (Hero): 330 (17 bb)
SB: 550 (28 bb)
BB: 620 (31 bb)

Pre-Flop: (30) Hero is BTN with J K
Hero raises to 40, SB calls 30, BB calls 20

Flop: (120) 7 K 5 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 100, SB calls 100, BB folds

Turn: (320) 4 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets 190 (all-in), SB calls 190

River: (700) 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: 700

Showdown:
BU (Hero) shows J K (two pair, Kings and Fives)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 62%, Flop: 4%, Turn: 0%, River: 0%)

SB shows 2 3 (a flush, King high)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 38%, Flop: 96%, Turn: 100%, River: 100%)

SB wins 700

And two hands later I am in basically the same spot.
The flop bet seems standard, although I am not quite sure on the sizing.
Then on the turn there is probably still some flush draws and worse kings that are gonna pay me and a non all in sizing seems awkward.

I think in general I am a bit too scared of flushes and 3 way does not make it better. So I wanted to see what you think about these spots.

1.
I am donking flop 2/3rd pot, always, thats where my analysis ends

2.
Personally I would cbet a bit smaller, so our turn shove sizing is bigger in relation to pot, maybe 60 or 70

1st hand) either donkbet 80 chips and jam turn or as you played then put some blockbet like 40-60 chips on the river.
2nd hand) cbet 20-40 chips and fold vs check/raise, because on this flop even fish doesnt XR with atleast 2pairs and you unblock spades, that makes much more chance someone has flush already. Because the turn brings another hand which villain could call with for completing straight the best would then be to "buy" cheap showdown by betting small 40chips on the turn in hope villain would check river and we could checkback for showdown.
