51% Itm only, dropped quite drastically last games.
I always have one or two hands, were I go unessecary risk.
Overall i am not doing too bad, but it seems I can't switch gears when it is necessary.
Doing overly agressive moves in the wrong spots.
Here two very bad hands. How can the problem be solved?

Hand 1 if you're going to MR, you need to cb just about 100% of flops.

Hand 2 raise pre! Fold flop, fold turn, fold river.

Ya hand one is a great spot to cbet. Even if the player properly percieves a bluff, the effective stacks would make it pretty much impossible to call without something, unless of course they are a just a crazy calling station. And put the breaks on once you get that read

Don't be a fish. Seriously though fundamntals, games are really easy at these levels and you just need to concentrate on getting the basics perfect, Get your raise freq/3bet freq/cbet freq right and that'll do your winrate a huge favour, making silly bluffs like the hands posted above is just hurting your winrate and completely unnecessary.

Hand 1 I just shove pre, but I can see the merit of a mr if you're going to cbet
