is 3.50 hypers getting tougher?

since the 15s now have a cartel I think this causes more regs to move down which increases competition at the levels below. is this happening?
I have 25,000 games played at the 3.50s with a 3.75% EV ROI. But the last 3,000 games which was played around the same time 15s developed a cartel I ran at only 1.5% EV ROI without any major changes to my game.

i have seen TONS of 15s guys sitting in the 7s. Doubt that the 3s are getting tougher tho.

I don't know but the 3.50s seem to be filled with Ukrainian players who play a decent strategy and who are tough to beat.

its possible there was some trickle down, but any regs/fishregs getting pushed down to 3.5 should be very possible to crush

Indeed that are guys that are decent, but with decent selection you should be able to do ok in those limits.
