    I disagree with the range you assign him. When they don't lead often, these half pot leads are value most of the time in my experience.

    I'm certainly not too excited on the turn, especially not vs a loose opponent (assuming some correlation with passivity).

    I would start by raising the flop smaller.

    edit: I expect most opponents to turn their hand face up if we bet the turn small. If we give him OK odds, he's not going to shove his draws.

    Prf and flop lucks fine to me but on turn i raise probably from 340-400, because your hand isn't very strong and opponents line (lead on flop and c/r on turn) looks really strong and i dont wanna get reraised on turn + you don't now that mean that lead (its first time) so i put him on better Q, two pair, flush draw and there is some chances for set or straight . I don't think that he push all-in with 4 6 or worst Q, just fold or maybe call and i dont think that average players often push all-in with flush draw so its tough but i probably fold.
