Agree with yay 100%....9 hands means you have no reads yet. Making large adjustments with a sample so small is a recipe for disaster. Any decision at this point should still be approached with an unknown/readless standpoint. If you had a very close decision, then by all means, use the small amount of info you have from the 9 hand sample. Otherwise your still in your default mode based on pop tendencies.
That being said, as played, you have to shove turn. You've built a pot. PSR is ideal. Your repping a strong range, while his is weak. It's the ideal card to shove on turn. CR the flop to give up on that turn is really bad, IMO.
Not a fan of the flop CR tho.
