How do you proceed this hand? What's your game plan?

PLay passive & check/cal (with lots of bad board runouts to continue putting in more money in the pot)? take initiative and donk out? Betsizes? How to proceed on possible turns and rivers?

Readless I would bet/fold folp, check/call almost every turncard expect some which just not change a lot, most probably check-fold river if villain bets turn+river. If villain checks behind on the turn iam not sure but most probably I do also fold against a riverbet (Maybe I differ a little bit because of strange betsitzes)
