2nd pair + fd vs check raise otf

Villain hasn't gotten out of hand otf yet. As pfr he check called TT on Qh board. He slow played his big hands. Chases his draws and didn't bluff when they bricked. And hands like AT AQ AK AJ KQ he would min 3bet pre and check down if he bricked. Do I stack off otf or is a call better? What range is he doing this with? Is this just 77 AA or 2 pair that's panicking that there is a fd. And should flop bet be bigger? Thanks.
