I don't think I would fold any 3 so I can't hate it too much given proper reads but I am a massive spewmonkey. :P Really doubt he is betting the turn like this with an ace.

He certainly doesn't hit the A since he didn't go all in preflop even though you gave him the opportunity to, he's uber aggro so he's not checking back 8 or 9 on flop. It seems to me he's polarized btw air and the really random 3. sucks when he flips over 55 though

i cant decide here i think i fold tbh

a lot of players will check back a draw here on the flop and then realise they have no showdown and bluff the turn but that ace should smack u in the face and even fish are scared by that card.

it confuses me why you wouldn't cbet, but you will call of almost a twice pot sized bet on the turn.

you may be good, but i'm never playing the hand like this, +1x10^99999 that you can find better spots.

I see uber aggros checking back weaker showdown and mosters on flops all the time, so I still think there's some 8s/FHs in his range. Having said that like most people I don't hate it or love it, but I'd prefer to bet the flop and call a shove there than go into call down mode like this.

Thing is from my perspective his line is more consistent with an ace, 9 or 8 than a 3 but I don't really expect to see any of these very much so it just comes down to how often he is tard shoving.

also he was insta betting not sure what kind of tell that is.

I didnt bet because I felt he would be more inclined to attack my "weakness" when I checked.

I def think this is really marginal but wanted thoughts etc.

I felt like we beat a ton of draws ( wouldnt they bet on flop though) so I obv thought a call was EV.

Vs the fish I play, USUALLY big bets followed by all ins are air/ bluffs.

Problem is villian could be bluffing with better
