We dont have much SD value, but we have equity with our FD, and he's unlikely to have hit, so we semi bluff. And we are in position so we are controlling the size of the pot. Also vill could be more likely to bet turn if we check so we don't see 2 cards/don't have the EV from FE.

if we are not c-betting this flop there can't be many flops we are happy c-betting and against a player like this we are just going to get ran over playing like that.

also one of 2 things will usually happen:
1) either villain will checkraise this board often enough that we can just 3betjam and have enough fold equity
2) villain will not checkraise this board type a lot in which case his range is a lot stronger and we can not profitably jam on him; in this case we can either call or fold though haven't done math or rechecked stacksizes but given that the board is paired and we only got T-high flushdraw i think it's an easy fold against a tightish checkraise range
