Didn't grind for a 2 weeks a row.

Totally smashed in first week of month (from 21 oct) at 100s.
I think I lost a lot.
After this just chill 2 weeks, not playing and not study.

I think I have now about 2500 games at this moment.
Time to back to tables.
Gonna grind 30s for a while and back to 100s.
I hope 6000-7000 games will play in the end.

Kudos to you for being able to take two entire weeks off,especially when youvare on a losing streak!

I try to abstract from emotions and results less than 4 weeks.
If I have everything going badly, I immediately imagine whether today or the week will be reflected on the 1-2 years graph.
Immediately comes the answer, that there is no.
On the year graph it will fall down by 1 millimeter, against the background of a huge line up.

Everyone had bad moments and bad results in game.
But can you remember how bad it was six months ago or a year ago?
I think not.
And when I start to tilt, I come to the thought that there is no point in worrying, because I will not even remember it in six months+.

If you think long distances and long periods of time, there is no reason for tilt.

Do you know what was major a-ha moment? Like, the concept or mindset, or whatever that made you a above average player? If so, what was it? What is your advice for somebody who want to follow your steps?

This month I'm literally was a whipping boy.
Coollers train against me and absurd hands like runner runner gutshots was succeful.
Played a bit , think could finish to end 0EV, if would not rest 10-12 days in mid-month.
But I have no doubts about the quality of my game.
I checked almost every day all big pots (both win/lose) in InstaGTO and I was mistaken only where there is no knowledge.
Well. We are working further, plans to play 100$ in a good time, 30$ in a bad.
F7ck dat 60$ stake, I get 4 tickets from Black Chest and played it -400$ EV.
It infuriated me and I wanted to win back everything, but failed.

I checked this fall at 1.5k games and I lost 10k actual and 7.5k EV at 100s for a 3 days :<

How does the Stars spins landscape compare to Party? ... the benefit of RB is leaning me more towards playing on Party but I feel I'm missing something important in that decision.

I guess the games on Stars must be softer?

What about at lower stakes 7s/15s ... is there an obvious skill gap there between rooms?...the 10s/20s Party games feel quite soft to me.

Games on party are for sure not softer since theres less recs ,but the problem is that there are bots ,i dont know for 10/20s limits but i heard for hs spins bots...I have played even 1/3s when there was some promotion and they were almost allways reg on table ,ofc not some gto expert but if even on the micros there a lot of regs imagine for HS,and the problem is not that there too many regs,theres not too much recs...

Hey FreeQOne, I've been lurking on your thread for a while. Fascinating read, have had several questions I wanted to ask, but have't had time to sit down and compose them...

Anyway one question I do have now is I've seen you mentioned Hyperschool a number of times here, is it a good idea to try to get with them or something similar?

2. how do you handle them, you have stoploss per session, how does it work?
3. do you think setting an amount of hands per day for a recreational is a good idea, or is it better to set an amount of games (spin and gos)

I pretty much guessed the games must be softer and I suppose Stars is known to be better a eliminating bots.

However, with Party removing the use of most HUDs/software it makes it / should make it more difficult for botters. I think the reality is different though and that Party are not doing enough to detect software use.

I must say in my early experience of 5s/10s/20s on Party I think the games are beatable. Yes lots of decent regs but still lots of mistakes with shove/call ranges especially. To me it feels like playing against bad regs and not bots but I could be wrong.

I think I will test Stars before making a decision. But with all the doom and gloom around atm I was surprised that the games were even beatable. From the mistakes I've seen and from the results posted in this thread ... they are still very beatable at these stakes ... for now anyway.
