Should I have bet turn bigger? I thought raising river for value was too thin, agree or disagree?

I assume we're readless - river raise is too thin, we won't get looked up by worse.
    Turn bet I'd make 270-290

This line from villain look for me most of the time for T9,T7 , 98,
    sometime fish can call QT
I think there is still value raise to 390 and get called from this hands
this donk 150 is almost never value bet
and yeah bet more on turn

but have one Q for u guys
from villain perspective if we hold QTo here
what do u think is better here , check/r or peel one on flop like this?

why would you bet so much on that turn? sure he could be on a straight draw, but he will surely shut down if he suspects we have the flush. I don't think we are going to get called by worse in that spot very often..

Clearly more flop. Id raise river too to some amount. 400-450 sounds good as fastcolt suggests.
