Anybody with a date/time/structure preference, make it known in the next couple days so that I can put the request in. Last year it was at 19:30 FTP server time (US EST) and that seemed to work well for a lot of people. July 18th early leader for date.

I think $24+2 is a pretty good number. Makes it playable for pretty much everybody, and then when you get down to the difference between 1st and 2nd it's significant to pretty much everybody.
