meh.. villain shouldn't ever have 2 pair here. like the only 2 pair that makes sense is Jc9x. I really can't think of a range where we have 50% equity vs a range that calls to make betting here +EV.
And I love thin values
. But guy would have to be making some spewy call downs to make this right. Villain can have Tx here easily (T9/T8/T7).
