no reada t all, villain had a somewhat low pfr%, maybe around 60-70, I decided to 3bet since i was playing pretty weak/passive up to this hand.
it was a wet flop but decided to take a stab due to my image/didnt know how he played
I decided to let it go on the turn since thats pretty much his range and he isnt folding any decent draw as well

As played obv giving up.

That is not a low pfr at all, in fact it is higher than average.

Also please don't justify your reason for a 3bet is because of your weak/passive image, especially with this specific hand. imo there is no point turning your hand into a bluff pre, especially at these stacks depths.

Give up on flop. His continuing range pre hits this board a lot more than your 3betting range pre.

check/fold flop.
As played, check/fold turn.

Also, probably better to 3bs (even at this stack depth) rather than 3bnai, but:

flat > 3bs > 3bnai
