Ok so first hand villain had opened SB/BTN for 4bbs, checks back flop, first 3/4 pot on the K turn and fires half pot when 3rd pair pairs the board and he has KJ

6th hand
hero 3/3 raise SB/BTN
villians first 3bet other 2 hands he folds

My friend thinks I should fold turn, I realize he bets all his slowplayed monsters here and AK, AJ, KT, JT, maybe TT, AQ but then his betsizing is half pot vs 3/4 when he turned top pair but I have a GS that can probably get paid from a set or 2 pair. I think I have a good enough bluff catch here and position, can fold to barrels.

Bleh spot. Honestly, I think I'd fold this. His range in my eyes is heavily weighted towards Ax here, that decided rather to c/c flop with SD then to bet it . The question seems to be how frequently he plays TT/99, some fd (e.g. 98ss/67ss) and all crap he's 3betting with and representing an ace here, and how much he continues on river. Interesting is that our hand plays almost exactly like KQ vs that range. Could be wrong tho, really tired right now.

As for the sizing stuff, some people tend to size their bets differently in 3bet pots then in single-raised pots. This early in the match that shouldn't be deciding factor imo

bet flop. as played yeah its a close spot, I'd probably fold readless but timing can make this into a call. It's pretty much the only bad turn card for us, and it's rarer than average since villain's range has a lot of ace blockers, so I wouldn't care much about it.

Whats the reason for bet flop? I feel I get c/r or called with better then I get value. I agree like you said A is the only legit scare card, I just don't see a reason to bet, either then to protect against ace high.
