I found myself pretty offten in these kind of situations and dont know whats best play is.
Readless.

Hero (SB): 500.00
BB: 500.00

Hero posts SB 10.00, BB posts BB 20.00

Pre Flop: (30.00) Hero has 4 J

Hero raises to 40.00, BB calls 20.00

Flop: (80.00, 2 players) T T 4
BB checks, Hero bets 40.00, BB calls 40.00

Turn: (160.00, 2 players) Q
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (160.00, 2 players) 7
BB bets 120.00, fold

We cbet, if guy c/r us what is your cutoff kicker to get it in?

As played what is our plan for hand? Do we bet turn?
As played call river?

i think it is well played, though i bet alot of turncards small in order to get some value, fold out equity share and prevent facing a big bet on the river. this turn card isn't one of them though and on the river you are beat more than 70% of the time imo as there are no straight draws on the flop that could have missed and A high/ K high doesnt bet often enough.

U could blocker bet around 60 or check. As played its a fold but not an easy one his bet sizing seems really nutted or like k6 that floated and is trying to steal. However his value range outweighs k high floats by more than 2 to 1 imo so fold.

Bet 30 on the flop. will do the job. If get raised, depends how small/big, get it in.
At these stakes its not so bad to cbet turn if got called. T50 or so, since i do not expect much floats from Qx types. And then reevaluate river. chk behind obv, if checked.
