$15 Spin 3way BU 25bb 3w flop vs SB 1/3DB+BB call

How would you see this situation and how would you act?

My thoughts is that SB def. has some sort of a hand but propably not so strong.
BB has pretty much some sort of pair or draw.
I would really want to jam right here and pick up the pot rather than to to the turn vs 2 ranges.

With stonger Kx i would nonAI raise here 4 value.

ATM the problem is that there is not many worst hands from SB that will call and by many we are simply crushed.
But donking is usually just weaker Łart of range and SPR is sweet with so much money in the middle to make it work jam right here and now and actually would not mind folds all around and pick the pot.

Where in my thoughtproccess is flaw?

PokerStars - 10/20 NL (3 max) - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BTN): 25 BB
SB: 25 BB
BB: 25 BB (VPIP: 45.83, PFR: 31.91, 3Bet Preflop: 13.33, Hands: 50)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8 K

Hero raises to 2 BB, SB calls 1.5 BB, BB calls 1 BB

Flop: (6 BB, 3 players) Q 2 K
SB bets 2 BB, BB calls 2 BB, Hero ?

jamming definitely loses you a lot of value, i think you're overvaluing the protection

i think flatting is best and nai raise is a bit better than jamming
