Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A

Hero raises to 22 BB and is all-in

Hey 2+2,

Against villain that is assumed to be playing relatively tight and
I have a weak ace. Should I be open jamming or just min/call

Imo first of all you don't have enough sample to tell if that 3b percentage is correct. 11bb deep you "must" openjam A4, it plays poorly postflop since you won't hit your ace otf 5/6 times and if villain 3bjam's to your minraise I wouldn't be calling too happy.

Villain has seemed so ridiculously nitty that I suspect we can do better by minraise folding weak Ax down to 9bb

Stats from 17 hands, from which actually oop facing mr are god knows how many? While I agree that he is on the very nitty side, not even considering mr fold ~10bb deep Ax.
To OP - ship pre and be happy about it. If you want to mr - better choose suited weak ace.

it depends on how much he's playing oop. if he's flatting like <10% minr/call is almost always better than openjamming. both options should be +++ev compared to folding against any range in this spot

Is no one considering minraise folding here? Do we really not have enough info to assume that villain is gonna 3bs at least as tight as {Ax,pp} here?

Openshove is maybe +EV but MR/fold way much better. MR/call readless or against a tight player is very-very bad here. Readless you should not consider any other option than mr/fold and if he's tight than the EV of the Mr/fold is even better.
