I tend not to ISO complete junk like 83o, but will semi-bluff jam weak suited hands and such. It really depends on villain though. If you can define their limping range to be too weak (too high VPIP, raising or open-shoving some strong hands pre, not trapping enough, etc.), which happens very regularly, then you can jam probably any two profitably. Most recs only trap big pocket pairs, which is not nearly enough to cover their weak limping range.
Against recs all my non-all-in ISO is value type hands that play well post-flop though. Occasionally there's the opponent that I have confident reads he will fold nearly always. Then I guess it makes more sense to check back value hands and non-AI some complete junk.
This particular villain seems to have a low VPIP and low PFR, so I definitely wouldn't bluff here, especially with this hand.
