seems fine although i'd prefer ch-c turn. Probably jamming any river if turni ch-c doesn't work.

Ok... Could this ever be considered as fold flop for example if we had clue that villain might be reg or is reg?

regs very rarely flat Ax there. i'd more comfortable if it was a reg. i won't fold flop ever unless i have a very specific tell.

SB called 3bet^^.

I think folding flop is better, because his range will easily have Ax.

from the little bit of stats you have on him he seems some what passive. So i think a fold on the flop might not be the worst thing in the world.

This.

Also you've got 36 hands on him. If you had 360 then you could start considering c/f flop. Sample too small to start giving up this easily on a board where our range is >> villain's
